Apple and Android devices include features to prevent unauthorized purchases. Please read these instructions for your device to ensure that unauthorized purchases do not occur.
Apple customers (iTunes)
Contact Apple directly via iTunes to request a refund. In iTunes, select View My Account, then Purchase History. Select Report a Problem next to the transaction and fill out the form.
Amazon Appstore and Kindle
Contact Amazon Appstore to request a refund.
Android and Chrome customers (Google)
Please fill out this form to request a refund. Refunds are only available for transactions processed in the last 30 days.
