My game froze or crashed. How do I fix it? - All Users

Apple/iOS: First, force all background apps to close. Double click on the home button , then tap and hold each app icon until it shakes. A red minus icon (-) should appear. Click it to close the app. Do this for each app running in the background, then restart your device by holding down the power button. Try launching the game again. Android: First, force all background apps to close. From the Settings menu, tap Applications, then Manage Applications. View the list of running Applications, and tap Force Stop on each app. Restart your device (usually by holding the power button). Try launching the game again. Chrome: Make sure you are running a current release of Chrome, but not a developer release. Visit the URL http://gonativeclient.appspot.com/dev/demos/sdk_examples/load_progress/load_progress.html to test that Chrome and Native Client is configured correctly – if so, the page will display Status: Success. Try rebooting your Windows or Mac PC, then restarting Chrome without any other apps present. Try launching the game again.
