I lost all of my coins and level when I reinstalled! - All Users

DON'T WORRY OR PANIC!  We can restore your game level and coins, even if you changed devices. 

Please send your Support ID to support@ziplinegames.com along with the coin amount and level you lost. 

In order to find your Support ID #

  • Press the gear shaped icon in the main menu of Slots Tysoon (where you choose your slot machine to play. 
  • The Settings window will pop up and the Support ID # will be at the bottom of the window. 
  • It is an 8 character number. Try to not "Log Out" of the game completely after this as the number refreshes when you do this.
